According to Carscoop, Mini confirmed today that it will build the Coupe concept--which the public has already seen--and the Speedster concept--which has yet to be unveiled.

Parent company BMW confirmed that the models will be built at Mini's Oxford, England plant. Start dates for production will be announced later.

The most likely engine choice is the 1.6-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder from the company's John Cooper Works models that makes 211 horsepower. A 175-horsepower 1.6-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder may also be available, as could a high-performance diesel model.Source: http://www.minicooperreviews.com/
